Anonymous Browsing
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically does not recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect only the e-mail address and details of customers who place an order, or specifically ask to be added to our mailing list. This means that you're able to browse our website anonymously. You might like to send us comments on our products and services, and to do this you'll need to provide us with your e-mail address. However, unless you specifically ask for a response, or ask to be added to our mailing list, we will not keep a record of your e-mail address. We do aggregate general information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the customer. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web pages, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumers and used by us to contact consumers (where we have been given prior permission) for marketing purposes.
Customers on our mailing list
If you ask to be added to our mailing list, we will store your e-mail address in our records. If you're on our mailing list and do not want to receive e-mails from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mails from our company.
If you've placed an order with us, we will retain a record of your name, address, contact numbers, e-mail address and general payment. This information is kept within a secure environment. We promise not to give or sell your information to third parties. There are only two circumstances in which we furnish a third party with your details: firstly, we occasionally need to give your address to one of our suppliers, where goods are being delivered by them directly to you; secondly, we provide our courier with your contact number to enable them to contact you directly regarding any delivery queries or problems on the actual delivery date.
